* The ratio of the effective or useful output to the total input in any system.

Our philosophy mirrors the above definitions. We begin with the end in mind when designing our training programs. The most important component of our systems is you! By understanding you as a person, your required or desired activity we look to build the most time productive training program.

With efficiency in mind each program and the sessions within must address flexibility, strength, power, cardiovascular efficiency, and the rejuvenation of your body all in one.

Looking at the human body as an integrated system with each part reacting with each other. The goal is to build an efficient nervous system that can run the human body for top performance. M3 Training Systems incorporates melting, molding and moving to accomplish the above.

MELT Melting involves warming up the body in three dimensions with light loads with a goal of moving the body towards functional chaos.

MOLD Molding involves stretching the body with a goal of expanding your range of motion and tuning your neural system in zones of functional chaos based on your specific tasks and goals.

MOVE Moving systematically based on your specific tasks and goals while incorporating mass, momentum, leverage, and speed to train for both safe recovery and protective failure.



M3 MENTAL & SPIRITUAL CONCEPTS

Melt, Mold and Move. Picture an iceberg – frozen, and slow moving. This may be an accurate description of many of us when we first awaken in the morning. We need to loosen up a bit, melt if you will, to effectively tap into the flow for the day.

Melting literally breaks down the stiffness and rigidity associated with being in the same position for an extended period of time. Not only does it help us loosen up physically, but it also helps us let go of emotional and judgmental rigidity and baggage. The purpose of the Melt is to create openness and flow so that we can more easily return to our source energy. It is at our source that we ignite the flame of possibility for ourselves, the flame that burns away the many fears and limited beliefs we have been given that can often extinguish the fire in our belly.

Molding helps us turn this fire into a raging inferno by creating a picture of ourselves surrounded by the results we intend to produce. We know that all things are created twice, and the Mold phase is our first creation, the mental creation. While Melt has created an opening to source energy and the initial spark, the Mold phase completes the connection between you and your intentions. The mind is capable of shaping our lives into anything that we want. Whatever we focus our attention on expands, and when our focus becomes unwavering and passionate, the flame that was ignited in Melt spreads like wildfire.

Moving is inspired action, not motion or activity for activity’s sake. The inspiration comes from the connection we have made to source energy in the Melt phase. It takes us off of automatic pilot as we consciously make life choices that are aligned with and inspired by our true purpose.
