DHF Testimonials

"By far, I’m in the best condition of my life, Bar none. All the physical testing results I’ve had were the highest I’ve ever had in my career. After coming off successful hip surgery this spring, Jay and I began rehabbing the hip through the first month of the off-season then transitioning to performance training. The process and principles we utilized are the same that anyone can utilize to become and stay healthy"

"In 2006 I was diagnosed with a massive pulmonary embolism, after three days in the hospital I decided that if I wanted to be around into my late sixties and beyond a change was needed. People I knew told me about Dynamic Health & Fitness, so I met with Jay Morgan and enrolled into their program. The combination of eating healthy and exercising with Jay, has resulted in losing 75 pounds, lowering my blood pressure and cholesterol. I do not need medication to control either now. This year I have climbed the Great Wall of China, gorges, and other strenuous trips with little effort. The old me is back!"

"Jay,I've been meaning to thank you for quite a while now. If it were not for you I would not have fully rehabilitated my right knee and gone on to break the Guinness World Squat Thrust record (last year) performing 56 in 1:00. It was your unique techniques and constant care which pushed the healing along. I would highly recommend your services to anyone who wants to stay injury free and up their game to the next level."

"I decided to give up "just sitting around" for Lent. That was four years ago. Really, I figured I would give this DHF place a friend of mine had gone to for years a 40 day chance to make a difference in me. How hard could it be? 40 days.... I cloaked my creeping awareness of mid-life aches and pains and mid-body spread and sprawl in the language of spiritual discipline. A 40 day Lenten journey into fitness. Sure, nothing to it. Like I said...its been four years come Lent 2009 and I am probably in the best shape of my life...better than when I played football in high school or college, better than when I played handball and racquetball in college and grad school. It's hard to look back that far and compare...I'm 56 now and was 18 or 28 then, but the numbers don't lie. My doctor is happy with the results he is seeing in my blood work, Bryan tells me I'm at 17% body fat and for an ex-offensive lineman that's a hoot, my resting heartrate has dropped as has my time in the mile and I refuse to gain enough weight just to say I can benchpress my weight. I benchpress more than my weight...and my weight is made up of far more muscle than ever before."
